Actually wanted to skip training today de. But becoz of this, i went for training. After saturday's NCO, my leg alr muscle pain, den today training, it'll jus get worse. Den tuesday meeting with her, legs can rest for one day. Wednesday, flag day. nid to walk arnd. Cfm won't heal de. Starting say thursday training so it'll jus get worse.
